Solano Foster Connection supports resource parents (foster, adoptive, guardianship, and other kinship) to provide safe and healthy homes for children not able to live with their parents. Today, county child welfare departments rely heavily on resource parents that are relatives and close friends. We also support other caregivers who take in children through probate guardianship.
